This section of
the website offers a Home Tour of the first floor of the
home. It includes the Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and
Kitchen.
The Living Room is
13'7" X 23'4". It has a picture window in the front with
a teriffic panoramic view of the surrounding area and sliding
french doors that open directly onto the deck in the rear.

The Family Room
is 12'3" X 21'6". It has a brick fireplace and hearth, side
bookcases, and a large window seat. It also has french doors
that open onto the deck and a cathedral ceiling with skylights
and high hat lighting.

The Dining Room
is 12'3" X 13'4". It is located immediately adjacent to the
Kitchen. It has two windows in the front with a view
of the surrounding area and custom ceiling molding and chairrail.

The Kitchen is 11'5"
X 20'11". It has a dinette with a bay window that overlooks
the backyard , including a wooded area with a rock waterfall. The
kitchen area provides an efficient layout with ample cabinet and
counter space, while the
dinette area is bordered with wood wainscot for ease of maintenance.
