BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD
This section of the
website provides a Property Tour of the backyard. It covers the
swimming pool, brick patio, wood deck, one of the garden areas
and the wooded area.

The in - ground swimming
pool is 18' X 36'. It is made of concrete block with
a vinyl liner. It has a diving board with an 8' diving
area, a side - entry step ladder, front entry steps and
underwater light. Pool accessories include a pump, filter, hoses, vacumming
equipment and a loop - lock cover for the winter.

A brick walkway surrounds
the pool and provides several large patio areas for activity and
seating. The largest of these areas is at the north end
of the pool. This patio area has over 500 square feet of
space and is shown in the photo above.

The wood deck
is approximately 50' X 20'. With over 1,000 square feet of
space, the mult - level deck has numerous areas to enjoy. The
photo above shows one of the areas of the deck that
has been built around a large birch tree. The deck overlooks
the pool and backyard, and offers outstanding views of these areas.

There are a series
of garden areas located immediately adjacent to the brick patio
areas. In the southwest corner of the pool area is a
garden and a fish pond with a small waterfall. As shown
in the photo above, this area is clearly visible from the
deck. It provides a pictureresque setting with its rock borders,
wood bench and lamp post.

The northerly portion
of the backyard consists of a scenic wooded area of mature
trees. This area has a variety of trees, including dogwood,
cedar, cherry, maple and oak. The trees have been interspersed
with rhododendrums, azaleas and white pines thereby allowing the
wooded area to form a natural screen from the adjacent property.
The photo above shows the backyard wooded area with a glacial
boulder in the center of the picture.
